Data we collect
When you use the contact form or the event planner, we collect the information you enter: name, company, email, phone, date, venue, number of guests and details of your event. No payment data is collected on this site.
Purposes and legal basis
This data is used solely to answer your request, send you a proposal and a quote, and then organise your event. Processing is based on your consent and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Recipients
Your data is intended for the Maison Zlato team and is never sold or passed on. It passes through our technical providers: Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (email delivery).
Retention period
Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted 3 years after our last exchange. Data relating to a service is kept for the legal retention period for accounting records.
Audience measurement and cookies
With your consent, we use Vercel Web Analytics to measure traffic anonymously and in aggregate (page views, country, device type). This tool sets no advertising cookies and cannot identify you. Without your consent, no audience measurement takes place.
